December 1st already! Where did 2014 go?! I do adore December and decorating for the holidays.
I had fun creating a woodsy rustic setting on the front porch with lots of fresh greenery, wood, red berries, burlap and pine cones in my fave antique crates I got for Mother’s day from Jake and Colleen. Out with the summer ferns, but not putting these beloved crates away. 🙂
The tree is up…
and the stockings are hung by the chimney with care.
This Santa is chillin’ on the mantel with the some others (real Santas drink wine not milk)…
and other Santas pop up in just about every corner.
I love tucking this little ceramic tree in a special corner. It so reminds me of my Grandma.
Snowies are chillin’ too.

OMGosh! so cute! Christmastime is so much fun decorating the home with. Your decorations are not only adorable they are warm and inviting to your family and friends! Since I will be alone this Christmas I am not going to decorate (I do love it though). And another reason is that all my Christmas decoractions and tree is in the very back of my storage. I think they should make storage sheds with a door on each side. That way people like me can get to their Christmas decorations! lol ((Christmas Hugs!!))

PJ – I think they do make storage sheds with doors on both ends – it is an ingenious idea! – SO practical! I’m sorry to hear you’ll be alone. I hope there is something you can do or someone you can be with. And a few little simple decorations couldn’t hurt…. 🙂

Oh, I forgot to tell you. Yesterday I was going through my subscription list on WP and deleting people that don’t post anymore. I saw yours and told myself, “absolutely do not delete that one, and I didn’t!” Later I was looking somewhere else (I forget where) and it was showing me I wasn’t following you. WHAT?! I KNOW I didn’t delete you. But, I had to hurry up and follow you again. That is why you got another subsciption notice from me. 🙂
