LOL! HoHoHo! In fact, I get to see Santa on Christmas Eve! I am so excited!! haha! My niece has a Santa coming over to her house on Christmas Eve for her two little ones. She has invited me to be there. I think I will take the cookies (your recipe) to them then. Trouble is, last night I started eating the Rolos and pretzel crackers! I had to go buy more today. LOL! The bag of Rolos I had bought, I didn’t have to unwrap them and I was so happy (especially after what you said). I thought, “I can’t wait to tell Jodi I didn’t have to unwrap them!” But today, when I bought a bag the darn things were all wrapped!! Ugh

I’m so glad you are going to your niece’s house! My guys and I love those stinking Rolos too – they are so addicting! I think you can get the mini rolos unwrapped, but the regular sized ones are wrapped. You want the bigger ones for these cookies – so get unwrapping! š
