This Wednesday, September 23, 2015 is the first day of Fall – the Autumnal Equinox – here in Mars and the rest of us in the Northern Hemisphere, so Happy Fall Y’All!

And this week’s Paper Player’s Challenge (#PP263) is to “Create a Fall Scene.”

I’ve been having warm thoughts of Fall as this past week has to have been the most gorgeous ever that I can recall in recent history.  Seriously amazing here in Mars!  Crisp, cool mornings and evenings, pure blue sunny, sunshiney days, and NO humidity!  The birds seem happy, Charlie is in his glory, the windows and doors are wide open, and I even got hubby to sit out on the deck with me a little bit!

I am cherishing these glorious Fall moments!

  1. This is gorgeous! And every single one of those colors just work perfectly together! See what I mean about you? I bet you had almost NO indecision about which colors to add too! This is a perfect example of that flair I was talking about. Wootwoot! And I am so glad you are enjoying the almost fall-ness. Everything you said is the exact reason I love it so! 💛💜💛

    • I know – I would love to paint that background – but there it was for me already done! 🙂 Some day I may try though! So many things I want to do – so few moments to do them 🙂 Just gotta enjoy those we get and make the best of them. 🙂

  12. A lovely fall card Jodi! I like the paper that looks like watercolor ink blots too! Which gives me an idea to try this with watercolors – would make fun collage paper! Thank you for dazzling me with your creativity once again! 🍁🌀🎨🍂🌿😊
