Unwinding…
De-stressing…
Relaxing…

after a busy work day
one evening this week

through drawing geometric patterns,
dropping in watercolor,
and letting it do it’s thing.

Then I twisted it
and turned it
and shook it
and salted it
and spritzed it

and finally
a quick splatter or three.

Zen…

Finding Peace in Painting.

PS  Thanks for the inspiration Laura!

  2. I love your abstract….there is something about painting an abstract that does help you to unwind and to express something deep within. Love how your painting seems geometrical and loose at the same time, those blending colors helps the image to meld into peaceful….. 🙂
