How strange. The photo is in full color but looks so black and white! Actually, it looks COLD! Brrrr! We have had a few beautiful spring like days here and it sure makes me ready for spring!

How lovely – I wish we’d get some snow, but alas the climate where I live is mostly too mild…

me too – it just came to mind when I took this picture in full color and it came out black and white because that was all the color there was. I’ve been singing the song for days now 🙂

Thanks Deborah! Sometimes I need to stop and realize what beauty is right outside my front door – and be thankful! 🙂

Oh how I love this photo, Jodi. I realize black and white are indeed colors, but as a rule our eyes are generally met with the more vibrant colors from the spectrum. So to see a setting photographed as is, with no filters and no embellishments is really fascinating. I love the contrast between black and white, and because the photo hasn’t been doctored in any way, makes it really quite beautiful. Wonderful.

Thanks so much Paul! It is crazy how taken in full color mood, the scene in my front yard that morning simply appeared black and white, and it was beautiful 🙂
