Those days…
Sun shiny,
cerulean blue skies,
buds bursting,
warm earth,
soft green grass.
When you just have to
lay down
and look up
and breathe in
slow and deep.
Then exhale
just as slowly…
relaxing,
feeling gratitude,
and cherishing the moments.
