What a perfect gift for you! We have lavender farms all around Central Oregon, so I bet you can grow yours outdoors too as a perennial in Mars. Mine from last year survived our wicked winter and is already green and bushy!

So sweet! I got to keep Wallace for 3 weeks, but only several hours everyday when he was 3 months old, and I have such a special bond with him! You are so lucky to be close by!

I feel so very fortunate. I seriously cannot put into words the joy I experience on my Friday grandma days. I work super hard the rest of the week at my job to enjoy this special gift in life right now. 😊

I get “food as gifts” from son, who cooks dinner (DIL is a breakfast and dessert baker) and oldest daughter who shares the chef hat with her guy.
Jodi, they even will let me drive up, I text, they send a grandie out with a covered plate or plastic containers full of meals. The child given the job to bring it out, as I pass by on way home from warehouse is always given a kiss, hug and piece of gum. 🙂
