What Would You Be?

Bumble Bee in Red Petunia Flower Basket – Mars, PA – July 2018

What Would You Be?

What would you be
if you could be
anything you wanted to be?

Would you be
Kind?

Would you be
Loving?

Would you be
Compassionate?

Would you be
Understanding?

Would you be
Generous?

So many wonderful things we can be…
What would you be?
What are you being?

Cheers & Hugs,
Jodi

  1. Lovely thoughts to think about Jodi. I will try to “Be” all that I can “Be” to “Be” a good human being in this world of ours and to continue to develop and to improve upon my attributes and to try to make some form of positive impact upon this world, “Be”fore my day comes to depart this earth for the next life. Thanks

  2. I would be a mermaid. But I would be the kindest and most decent mermaid in the waters and my mission would be to spread the word that the magic potion that will heal the world is made simply of love and understanding and compassion. 🧜‍♀️

  3. “In a world where you can be anything – be yourself.” – Etta Turner. To be yourself can vary greatly from person to person. You can be kind, loving, compassionate, understanding, generous…some of these, all of these or even none of these. Etta Turner was a 16 yr. old from Washington state. In 2002, she went to Bolivia for a year-long student exchange program. While on a tour of the Bolivian Highlands, the bus went off the road and down a cliff. Tragically Etta and six others did not survive. Her parents and friends started Etta Projects in Bolivia in her honor. It will never be known what Etta might be today were she alive. She will be remembered by all that are touched through Etta Projects. As for myself, I’m happy to be the best Gem that I can be…a compilation of kind, loving, compassionate, understanding, generous and honest. Thank-you!

  4. Hi Jodi! I might be doing a sensitive post tonight. If I do, I may include your poem even though I’m unlikely to receive your permission first – but I’m certain that you’d be happy for me to spread this beautiful message. Thank you for what you share. Much love, Liz

  5. If I could BE anything, I think I’d like to BE pain free but since that doesn’t seem to BE in the cards, I’d like to hope I’m living the best ME I can BE! 😊🐝 Thanks for your inspiration, Jodi! 😘xo
