An amazing photo, the sparkles of light in the background, the out of this world mushroom with that bug…I think on it, did you notice that? Love this photo and even if I weren’t a mushroom fan, I would still love it.

Grzybowski- the root of the name is grzyb, “mushroom,” so all people and places got their names because of some association with mushrooms, and the surname just means basically “one associated with the place of the mushrooms.”

Thanks Ann! It was a tall proud little mushroom, and I just thought of that little bug on it and all the little creatures that are sheltered below it. Must be like what we look like from the great above. …..
