It was cottony,
it was fluffy,
it was soft,
it was flaky.

It was powdery.
it was picturesque,
it was drifting,
it was blowing.

It was cold,
it was wet,
it was icy,
it was blinding.

  4. Benjamin and I love your photo and thoughts! We had about 3 inches then some soft rain that made some snow disappear, much to Benjamin’s dismay. Winter Storm Jaxon is coming early next week, sadly no snow is in the forecast for here. Oh bother, maybe next time…Benjamin is still hoping for Mr. Snowy’s return! Thank-you x 2!!

  12. Love your crystal in the picture, subtle touch. We had a dusting this morning started at 2:30am your post came in at 3am, such timing!
    Ours however was only this part:
    It was cold,
    it was wet,
    it was icy,
    it quickly melted into a solid,
    It was bumpy
    It was slippery
    It was clear
    ….. Then it was gone.
