The Light of Dawn.
They say it is always darkest
just before dawn.
It gives me hope.
It fuels my dreams.
I will not let the darkness
limit my heart and mind
from seeking and seeing
the light of dawn
and the promise of hope
that comes just before dawn.

I love the light and will be drawn to the light in my art & photography. Light does give us hope but it’s also essential for our personal well-being too… nice post Jodi…

So beautiful, Jodi! Sometimes, when you can’t sleep, thoughts are also the darkest before dawn… But knowing that one can always think, that with daylight it will all look different and better. And just wait a little – or get up and start painting 😉 Have a wonderful day!
