Good Morning Jodi, thank you for posting your shop sale…I’ll be heading over shortly. By the way, I made your apple crisp recipe for Thanksgiving and it was a big hit. When I asked my granddaughter Lilla to taste test it before hand, she danced across the living room with her mouth full. She said, “that’s how I feel when I eat this dessert.” A dance of approval..haha!

It was WONDERFUL! Would be happy to chat with you about it. It is one of the biggest shows around us, so we were truly excited to be involved and sold so much! And PS thanks for your ETSY shop order! 🙂 One of my faves of my DIL’s signs! ❤

I’m really happy for you and DIL both. We have started visiting several craft shows, and some of them are declining and kind of sad. But we found a few we can reach by a short day trip that we like.
A huge one nearby I want to be involved in so bad, but the fee’s about 300 bucks

choose wisely. there are many “dud” shows. The one we were fortunate enough to do is still very popular. A large, well attended show. Two buildings – 260 vendors – and only $40 a space. People were lined up an hour before it opened to be first in. These types are worth the effort. We are only doing a few, but very strategically chosen. Best ones are usually “juried” shows also.

I’m in Illinois but we did find one in Wisconsin that was much like you describe. Even had a nice bake sale (it was at a school). I dont’ recall the fee but it was around the same neighborhood as yours.
We know we probably won’t make profit the first time, but it would be great to break even ^_^

My hubby’s a photographer and I do a variety of crafts. Right now I’m making felt ornaments. I also like to make wreaths. I’m considering incorporating poetry, perhaps with cards

P.s. that piece I ordered caught my attention, because it is something my mother used to say. Or sing, rather, She would sing the old tune. You had only one so I thought I’d grab it, and give it to my sister-in-law
